I was wondering if anyone could help me, I just aquired a doll house, fully furnished from a rummage sale in Newport Beach, on the back of one of the pieces was a sticker ‘N.A.M.E” Houseparty Showcase 1977, San Diego by Carlson Miniatures. I was curious of its history and value? Its seems to be very well taken care of.

Isn’t that something! Each year the National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts hosts a convention for its members. Miniaturists meet for workshops, view exhibits and gather for banquets. There are auctions, sales and many many gifts. I can ask around about 1977, in the meantime, can you send a photo to – I don’t know if I can give you a value, but I may be able to send you in the right direction.

My daughter received a Victorian dollhouse with dolls and furniture as a gift, but is no longer interested in it. We don’t have room to store it and wondered if you could direct us as to where to sell it. Thanks.

Great job SDMC. Very informative. Can`t wait to go to the 2016 show. Miniatures are such a great way to highlight your likes, your hopes, and your dreams!
