A note from our president in the midst of CoVid-19
Life has changed more than we could ever have imagined when we said goodbye in San Diego this February, only a couple months ago. As a miniaturist with my own business, as well as being President of San Diego Miniature Crafters, I understand the challenges that we face as more miniature shows are postponed or cancelled.
San Diego Show and Sale is still on the calendar for February 2021 and we hope to see you there. Meanwhile, we’d like to help our 2020 vendors through these difficult CoVid-19 times.
Many of us have online businesses or have developed an online presence in the last weeks, either selling or offering online classes and tutorials. We’d like to share that information through our social media and our show’s website. Please send us your website or email information so that we can share this with our attendees. So many of them are at home working on their mini projects and we’d love to give them the resources that they’re looking for.
Email us: email@example.com
We’d like to get this information posted as soon as possible so everyone can continue mini-making and collecting. If you are working on a new online presence and it isn’t quite ready yet, email us as you come online.
Our Facebook and Instagram continue to be active and we look forward to adding you to our posts. In the coming weeks we’ll be updating our our website, adding a Vendor tab in the event you’d like to reprint the show contract.
Thank you for your ongoing support as we continue to plan for our 47th Annual Miniatures Show & Sale.
Julia Tollafield, President San Diego Miniature Crafters
