San Diego Miniatures Show & Sale Contract Application 2026 is available NOW!

Important dates to remember:

The Contract Application, along with payment, is due May 30, 2025. You may submit full payment or a $50 deposit. You may pay by check or PayPal (sd.minishow@gmail.com)

2026 table fee is $225. Full payment is required by September 26, 2025.

Returning this Contract Application does not guarantee your reservation. You will receive confirmation of your reservation by June 27, 2025.

Facts from our 2025 50th Anniversary Show:

We sold out vendor space and had a waiting list!

Nearly 1,500 shoppers attended the two day miniatures show. 

@sandiego.minishow was invited to Fox5 San Diego News prior to the show helping to promote the event.

Our Instagram followers grew by greater than 30% and our email list continues to increase. We are committed to a robust marketing plan including print and online resources.

Additional Details:

· Vendor parking/unloading is convenient and FREE!

· Below is a map of USD. From LINDA VISTA ROAD turn on to ALCALA PARK WAY at the MAIN ENTRANCE. Take an immediate LEFT on to TORERO WAY. Turn RIGHT at the end and RIGHT in to the PARKING LOT.  We are encouraging vendors to park here as CHECK-IN is just inside this entrance. Bathrooms are here too. 

· Vendor check-in is 7am. You must check-in to get your table number.

· Doors open to attendees at 10am.

· Food, and coffee, are available at Tu Mercado and Pavilion Dining – both steps away.

· A reminder, you may want to spotlight your minis with your own lights. The show is held in a beautiful ballroom called The Forum. The Forum has a combination of natural light and ballroom lights.  If you like things extra bright you may want your own small light to highlight your minis.  

· Please keep your boxes under your table. At the end of sales Saturday, you may place empty boxes and trash in the aisle for disposal.

·  If you are using electricity, your power strip may not be directly under your table. Please look nearby as power will be run for vendors to share. Remember your extension cord.

We are a nonprofit committed to the art and craft of miniature making and collecting. We are all volunteers.
