July 14, 2022 – we have GREAT news! We will be OPEN for business February 4 & 5, 2023! We don’t want to put the “cart before the horse”, but we are finalizing our contract for a show in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. Best of all, in gratitude for your patience we will keep our table prices at $180 for a limited time. Watch your inbox for all the DETAILS to be sent out soon YAY!
March 24, 2022 – San Diego Miniatures Show – Spring Update!
We are still smiling thinking about how well our February show went – what fun it was to see everyone and get out of the Covid doldrums!
Now that spring has sprung it’s time to turn to our vendor contracts…but we’ve got a hiccup.
The San Diego Marriott Del Mar has quadrupled the event space price to $40,000 for Saturday and Sunday. Needless to say, it’s a little too rich for our club.
We are actively looking for alternate space for our 48th Annual Miniatures Show!
Until we have event details buttoned up we do not have a contract for you, but rest assured we are looking forward to seeing you again in 2023.

We are thrilled to be hosting our 47th Annual Miniatures Show after having to cancel 2021 due to Covid restrictions. San Diego Marriott Del Mar has been wonderful to work with and are as excited as we are to be back in-person!
Currently all booths are sold. If you’d like to be placed on a waiting list, please submit a completed contract and you will be contacted.
Refund Policy Revised: we understand that Covid challenges some individuals in unique ways. For this reason, we are revising our Refund Policy for this show as follows: Refunds of fees paid, less $80 per table, may be requested up until January 20th. (Vendor email 1-7-22)
We are happy to welcome back so many of our vendors – for those of you who have yet to send in your contract, please don’t wait too long as space is limited. You can review the show guidelines and contract here. Do you know a young mini-business? Please feel free to forward this information to them, lets encourage these entrepreneurs.
Workshops cancelled for 2022
Would you like to teach a Make ‘n Take Workshop? Here are the quick details – Instructor registration fee $20 ($22 if paid by PayPal), Workshop must be completed in 45-60 minutes, kit value $10, student pays instructor for kit at the beginning of the workshop, additional kits may be sold at your booth during the show. More details are here.
If you are interested, submit a project photo to firstname.lastname@example.org, subject WORKSHOP. You will receive an email or phone confirmation of acceptance. Registration fee will be paid then. We are unable to cover your booth while you teach.
San Diego Marriott Del Mar has set aside a limited number of guest rooms just for us! Use this link to reserve your room for just $129 per night plus fees and taxes. This rate will be available until the block is filled or 1-31-22, whichever comes first.

Covid-19 and Minis: the California mask mandate requires that masks be worn indoors through February 15th. Any change will be posted here.
